Pete supports parent-guided home practice and progress monitoring. It is not a therapist, clinician, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for qualified professional advice. Seek appropriate professional or emergency help when needed.
The grown-up account holder
A parent or guardian is responsible for account security, consent, choosing the approved practice plan, supervising child use, and ensuring submitted information is accurate and appropriate. Do not submit diagnoses, unrelated private details, or information you are not authorised to provide.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another family's data, interfere with safeguards, upload unlawful material, or use Pete to make clinical, employment, education or other high-impact decisions.
Accounts, availability and changes
Public registration is not open until the separate launch gates pass. Pilot access may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn to protect children, families and the service. Features may change as the pilot is evaluated, but safety, consent and deletion controls must not be weakened silently.
Privacy and deletion
Use is also governed by the privacy notice. A parent can start permanent account deletion through the in-app parent account controls; see how deletion works.
