Start deletion in the app
- Sign in as the parent and pass the grown-up check.
- Open Plan, then expand Parent account.
- Choose permanent account deletion and re-enter your password.
- Enter the one-use confirmation code sent to the account email and complete the explicit deletion confirmation shown in the app.
A code by itself deletes nothing. These checks help confirm the request is intentional and made by the account holder.
What deletion covers
The deletion workflow is designed to remove the parent account, child profile, consent records, plans, practice history, recordings, account-owned provider records and other associated service data, except information that must lawfully be retained. The final public retention and legal-exception wording remains a human review gate.
Why completion may take time
Deletion is storage-first and retryable. The service waits for any already-issued upload links to expire, retries temporary storage failures, then removes the database account graph and sends a completion message. Signing in and active sessions are revoked when deletion is confirmed.
If you cannot sign in
Try the account password-reset flow first. If access still cannot be recovered, use support for identity-checked assistance. Support is a recovery route, not a required obstacle for a signed-in parent who can use the in-app deletion control.
