What happens when you practise
Pete remembers which approved game you played, the words in your practice plan, and whether activities were finished. If recording is on, the app tells you and your grown-up first.
What Pete should not do
- Pete does not diagnose you or decide what is “wrong”.
- Pete should not shame you, grade you, or stop you progressing.
- Pete should not ask for secrets, contact details or school names.
- Pete cannot change the important parts of your plan without a grown-up reviewing them.
Privacy starts high
New public-family accounts are designed to start with AI learning switched off. Your grown-up must make a separate informed choice before guarded AI can be considered, and the service must also be safely enabled by an authorised operator.
You can ask for help
Tell your grown-up if something feels confusing or uncomfortable. They can pause practice, change consent, ask what is stored, or delete the account. They can also visit our support page.
