Account access
Use the verification or password-reset action sent to the account email address. Account-action links are one-use and time-limited. Pete must not reveal whether an unverified email address has an account.
Delete an account
Full deletion starts inside the signed-in parent area and does not require a support request. Read the direct account-deletion instructions.
Privacy or safety concern
Pause practice and recording if something feels wrong. A grown-up can change or revoke consent in the app. For a privacy, safeguarding or account-security concern, email pete@petetherapy.com with the parent account email and a short description only. Do not attach child audio or other sensitive records.
Technical problem
Include the device type, app version, approximate time and the screen where the problem occurred. Never include passwords, access tokens, deletion codes, child recordings or diagnostic information.
Not an emergency service
Pete Therapy cannot provide medical or emergency help. Contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service when urgent help is needed.
